Transportation Safety Assistant
 Manage and conduct driver safety training.
 Recommend retraining and discipline as required.
Conduct or assist the General Safety Manager with safety meetings.
Review accident reports to reduce the number and severity of accidents.
Maintain DQ safety files.
 Maintain and coordinate complete vehicle record keeping.
Maintain substance abuse file.
Coordinate compliance with Federal, State, and local laws, and work closely with General Manager or Designee to accomplish company objectives.
File DataQ disputes
Complete additional duties as assigned.
Transportation Administrative Specialist
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
File IFTA and permit reports for various states and clients.
You will work directly with customers, developing optimal solutions and meeting operational needs while balancing governmental licensing requirements, and regulations for their business.
File Authorities, Titles, and Corporate Documents .
Logbooks Auditor
Coordinate drivers with ELD and HOS safety training
Drivers' logbook monitoring and supervision.
Coordinate compliance with Federal, State, and local laws
Sales Representative
The main responsibilities of a Sales Representative revolve around the ability to network, build
relationships with clients and persuade others to purchase products.
Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationshipsS
Answer questions about the products
